The WellCar concept development by the CDR will provide advanced healthcare solutions to rural, elderly, ethnic minorities, and mobility challenged populations. This enhanced level of healthcare using health care professionals and portable medical technology should result in early preventative care and treatment for these populations. The WellCar includes participation by a number of health organizations and industry participants.herocar 8
